FAQs

  • No. We do not store unnecessary personal data. The only information we collect is what is required for age verification, venue access, and safety features (such as the ANGEL Alert). All analytics data shared with venues and brands is anonymized and never tied back to an individual.

  • Only the trusted contacts you’ve personally selected receive your information.
When you trigger the ANGEL Alert, a secure SMS is sent directly to your chosen emergency contacts.
The message includes your current location and a brief safety alert, allowing them to respond or take the appropriate action to ensure your safety.

  • No. We do not sell or share your personal information. Instead, we use anonymous, aggregated data (like peak entry times, popular drink trends, or crowd dynamics) to provide insights to venues and brands. Your identity is never revealed.

  • Each QR code is unique and refreshes automatically, meaning it cannot be copied or reused. This ensures your ID stays secure and prevents fraudulent entry.

  • If your phone is unavailable, venues will still be able to assist you. Depending on the venue’s setup, you may be asked for another form of identification. We are also working on backup solutions to ensure smooth entry even in these cases.

  • You can download the Apollo app on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Once installed, you’ll be guided step-by-step to set up your profile.

  • Inside the app, press the ANGEL Alert button, then simply follow the prompts on your screen to activate the ANGEL ALERT.
Once triggered, the screen will confirm that your alert has been sent.
This feature is designed as a discreet way to notify your trusted contacts that you’re feeling unsafe or need assistance — without drawing unnecessary attention.
