Content & Broadcast Guidelines

At Apollo Access, we’re here to help venues promote great experiences - while keeping the platform trusted, accurate, and high quality.

All submissions are manually reviewed before going live. If your post is declined, it likely falls outside the guidelines below.

1. Keep It Accurate

Make sure your post:

  • Has correct dates, times, and pricing

  • Clearly explains any restrictions (age limits, entry rules, etc.)

  • Doesn’t exaggerate or mislead

If it could confuse customers, we probably won’t approve it.

2. Follow the Law

You’re responsible for making sure your promotion complies with local laws and advertising regulations - especially around alcohol, ticketing, or giveaways.

3. No Harmful or Inappropriate Content

We don’t allow:

  • Hate speech or discriminatory content

  • Explicit sexual or graphic material

  • Promotion of illegal drugs or illegal activity

  • Fraudulent or misleading offers

4. Use Content You Own

Only upload images, logos, and media you have permission to use.
If we suspect copyright issues, the post will be declined.

5. Keep It Professional

We may decline posts that:

  • Are repetitive or spam-like

  • Are extremely low quality

  • Damage user trust

  • Don’t align with the Apollo Access platform standards

Review Process

  • All content is manually reviewed.

  • We may request edits before approval.

  • Repeated violations may result in posting restrictions.

All approval decisions are final.
